Dieser Weg am Rande meines Stadtviertels führt zum See, Wald und Naherholungsgebiet. Besonders schön ist er morgens, wenn die Sonne über das Feld links scheint. Derzeit ist es zwar morgens ziemlich kalt, aber ich habe mich warm angezogen, daneben an der Strasse geparkt und mir zunächst eine ganz schnelle Skizze gemacht, dann ins Auto gesetzt und weitergezeichnet – zwischendurch immer wieder kurz ausgestiegen, um nach Licht, Farben und Formen zu sehen, dann wieder eingestiegen und fertig gemalt. This pathway leads from my part of town towards the lake, the woods and the local recreational area. In the mornings the sun coming from over the field on the left creates nice light. Well, this time of year the mornings are cold, but I put on warm clothing and parked my car on the street nearby. First I did a quick sketch standing on the way, then I got into the car to continue – every now and then getting out again to look for the colours and structures.
