Kleine Aquarelle – Small Watercolours

Heute habe ich zum Üben zwei kleine Aquarell-Zeichnungen gemacht: eine schimmernde Muschel nach der Natur (sie liegt im Bad als Dekoration), für die ich die winzigen Proben von Metallic-Farben von Daniel Smith verwendet habe:

Restaurant in Dinan

Diese kleine, hübsche Ecke hatte ich auf meiner Bretagne-Reise in Dinan fotografiert und nun gezeichnet, denn damals hatte ich das Zeichnen und Malen noch nicht für mich entdeckt. Dinan hatte mir noch besser gefallen als Vannes, auch wenn es nicht am Meer liegt.

The photo of this picturesque corner had been taken on my trip to Brittany in Dinan. At the time I still hadn’t discovered sketching as a passion, so yesterday I did the sketch from the photo. Dinan is a beautiful town, I even preferred it to Vannes, although it’s not situated on the seashore.
