Wie angekündigt, habe ich mir diesmal ein Stilleben mit Kürbis vorgenommen. Dafür besorgte ich mir ein paar schrullige Gesellen sowie einen Zier- Maiskolben, die geduldig Modell standen.

As announced in my last post, I’ve now done a still life with pumpkin. Accompanied by a multi-coloured corn and two weirdly shaped gourds (squashes?) they patiently served as models.

Der Mais und die kleinen Kürbisse werden anschliessend für eine Herbstdeko verwendet und der grosse kommt in den Kochtopf – ich möchte gern mal eine Kürbis-Kokos-Marmelade ausprobieren…

The corn and the small ones will be used for decoration and the large one for consumption: there’s a recipe for pumpkin-coconut-jam which I’d like to try…
