So, nun habe ich mir einen etwas dünneren Touch Pen besorgt, mit dem meine Zeichen- App noch besser funktioniert. Es ist zwar noch kein Vergleich zu den Versionen für Tablets etc, aber der Handy- Bildschirm funktioniert eben anders – er braucht einen weichen Gummistift. Für kleine Übungen zwischendurch reicht es jedenfalls!

In the meantime I’ve purchased a slimmer touch pen for my smartphone which improves the work with the app for sketching and painting. Since smartphone displays are different from tablet screens, you can’t use the thin, harder styluses with the phone. So, sketching on the phone you won’t get high quality (also, the resolution is quite low), but it’s fun for quick practices or for sending greetings etc.

Dabei gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten: man kann ein Foto, das auf dem Gerät ist, entweder als Vorlage an den Rand der „Leinwand“ heften oder als Pausvorlage unterlegen, man kann von der Natur abzeichnen oder von einem Bild ausserhalb des Handys, und natürlich aus dem Kopf.

There’s different possibilities: you can, of course, draw from your imagination, from nature, from a photo outside the phone, or you may use a photo on your phone as reference by pinning it on the edge of the „canvas“ – or even use it as basis for tracing.
