An der Vils: Martinskirche/The river Vils and St.Martin’s basilica
Neulich war ich mal wieder ein paar Tage in Amberg bei meiner Mutter. An einem sonnigen Nachmittag wollte ich nur schnell ein paar Bilder mit dem Handy machen, als Vorlage für Aquarelle. Doch einige Fotos sind so schön geworden, dass ich sie lieber direkt hier zeige.
Having spent some days in Amberg with my Mum, I used a sunny afternoon to take some fast pictures with my mobile phone – as reference for watercolour painting. But some of these photos are so nice that I prefer to show them as they are!

Ich lebe in Bayern, bin eine stolze junge Oma und nähe, male und werkle für mein Leben gern. Besonders angetan haben es mir Patchwork, shabby chic und Schmuck basteln (aus edlen, aber auch alten und ungewöhnlichen Materialien) - und auch sonst probiere ich immer wieder gern Neues aus. In letzter Zeit bin ich sogar unter die "Buchmacher" :-) gegangen! Sonstige Leidenschaften: Aquarell und Zeichnen, Flohmärkte, Fotografieren, Lesen, Ausstellungen besuchen, Kunsthandwerkermärkte, Musik und Hörbücher, Reisen - und Wandern und Tanzen, wenn die Knie mitmachen...

Thanks! Actually, it’s a „Stadt“ – town, not a village, but yes, the old part is very nice with picturesque corners..
