Auf dem Rückweg von meinem Besuch in der Schweiz nützte ich das Wetter, um einen Vormittag auf der Insel Mainau zu verbringen. Es war mein dritter Besuch innerhalb von 10 Jahren, und wieder ganz anders: beim ersten Mal kam ich zur Tulpenblüte (grandios!!), beim zweiten Besuch zur Rosenblüte, und diesmal waren Päonien und vor allem Rhododendren die Hauptattraktion. Aber immer wieder ist natürlich die ganze Anlage einfach wunderschön. Einfach die Bilder genießen!
On my way back from Switzerland the nice weather lured me to Mainau Island. It was my third visit in the span of 10 years and different again: the first time I came for the tulip season (just gorgeous!!), the second time for the roses and this time peonies and rhododendrons played the major role. Of course, the whole park is so beautiful every time. So, just enjoy the pictures!
