Da Weihnachten mit großen Schritten naht, habe ich schon mal begonnen, einige weihnachtliche Kleisterpapiere zu gestalten – für Karten und als Geschenkpapier/für Tüten. Nach einigem Herumprobieren fand ich eine Möglichkeit, Stilisierte Schneeflocken darzustellen:

Since Christmas isn’t far away, I’ve started to create some paste papers with winterly and Christmas motives – for cards, paper bags and for gift wrapping. After some experimenting I found a way to easily create snowflake patterns (A „Feathered Star“):

Dann zwei „eisige“ Bögen mit Sternen und Ilex:

Also, two sheets in „icy“ colours with stars and ilex:

Sowie eines in den klassischen Weihnachtsfarben grün, rot, gold, mit Tannenzweigen und Kugeln:

As well as one in the classical colours of green, red and gold featuring fir-boughs with baubles:

Natürlich werde ich noch etliche mehr brauchen, aber der Anfang ist gemacht!

Of course, this is just the beginning since I’ll need more than just five!
