Meine nächste Station waren die Rheinfälle in Schaffhausen, wie es sich für einen guten Touristen gehört 🙂 Die Sonne war noch freundlich und stand im richtigen Winkel für ein paar schöne Bilder:

Next station on my trip, as appropriate for any tourist :-), were the Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen. The sun was still shining and at the right angle for some nice pictures:

Die Gesamtbreite sind ca. 150m, die Fallhöhe 23m. Im Sommer fließen – oder vielmehr tosen! – ca. 600000l/Sekunde dort hinunter. Von hier oben sieht ja alles noch ganz zahm aus, aber weiter unten…

The width is ca. 150m, the height 23m. In summer 600000l water per second flow – or, better, thunder! – down the falls. On this picture from above everything still looks quite placid, but further down..
